Leadership Training
The years of experience as a manager have taught me one thing: authentic leadership cannot be categorized. Our society has the opinion that a manager has to fulfill certain role characteristics by which he is measured. Regardless of whether these are shared by the manager or not. We hope to gain certainty and control; the opposite effect is often the result: we are exposed to high pressure, are overwhelmed and try to exclude the topics that cost us energy in our private lives and that are supposedly not presentable at work. During these phases, I often hear from my customers that they can no longer perceive themselves entirely, that they see their ability to make decisions negatively impaired and are perceived as less empathetic and clear by their employees.
What has brought me back the real fulfillment of leadership is the realization: Only when I acknowledge all of my facets and issues, both privately and professionally, I work harmoniously and thus create a relationship of respect, trust and understanding with myself and my employees. In doing so, I encourage my employees to be self-confident in their entirety and to develop their full potential. The results of this can be, for example, a more pleasant working atmosphere, more transparent communication and greater effectiveness.
