Team Training

A group that works together is often far from beeing a team. This is often the starting point of my work. It is essential to form the team, to respect and acknowledge its diversity and to become effective.

What does that mean:

  • making  heterogeneity transparent and bringing the team together

  • perceiving diversity and difference as a chance to florish and grow

  • clarifying tasks, responsabilities and preferences

  • promoting potentials, discovering hidden ressources and finding new ways

  • allowing and encouraging a change of perspective

  • establishing trust, respect and understanding
